Admission Requirements for Caribbean and International Applicants
UCC Global serves learners outside Jamaica. Qualifications are assessed according to the applicant's country and education system.
Regional (Caribbean) Applicants
- A secondary (high) school diploma, GED, Certificate of Equivalency or Proficiency, or five GCE O-Level/CSEC passes at grades A, B or C, including Mathematics and English Language.
- An International Baccalaureate qualification or another equivalent secondary qualification may be accepted, subject to UCC Global approval.
- Official transcripts of all secondary and any university-level coursework must be sent directly by the issuing institution to registry@uccglobal.co.
International Applicants
- A high school diploma, GED, Certificate of Equivalency or Proficiency, five GCE O-Level passes including Mathematics and English, an International Baccalaureate qualification, or another equivalent qualification subject to UCC Global approval.
- Official transcripts of all secondary and any university-level coursework, translated into English where necessary, must be sent directly by the issuing institution to registry@uccglobal.co.
- One electronic passport-size photograph and a copy of the passport information page.
- UCC Global may require an external credential evaluation from an approved evaluator such as ACEI, IERF or WES.
English Language Proficiency
Applicants whose most recent education was not delivered in English may be required to demonstrate English-language proficiency through an approved test such as TOEFL. Paper-based and internet-based TOEFL results may be accepted.
Admission is subject to document verification and UCC Global approval. Additional documents may be requested after review.
